Very impressive service throughout the entire process. The team communicated well in response to my delayed inbound flight to Heathrow and got me to my destination smoothly and quickly. The return journey was equally trouble-free. Both vehicles were spotless and well-stocked (cold drinks and phone chargers) and my drivers, Will and Ben, were superb.

We booked an executive car to take my husband to hospital for a very early surgical procedure. The staff member who took the booking was very polite and reassuring that the car would be punctual. The car arrived 10 minutes early which was appreciated and the driver Pradeep was charming and professional. We arrived at the hospital in good time and relaxed. We didnt book a return journey until my husband had been discharged. This was at 7.15pm. I called Ridesmiths and they very quickly responded by arranging a pick from the hosp within 20 minutes. We were kept updated until the car arrived. The driver Yousef was also charming and professional. We were both very impressed with the service from the office and of the drivers. We would highly recommend Ridesmiths and we shall definitely use them again.
